3. BACK COPIES OF OUR JOURNAL SPHERE that members can buy: each journal contains lots of useful, relevant articles – listed below. We give the volume number and issue number of the journal with an article on a named topic. Topics can be written about more than once, for example ‘Evening primrose oil: (15/3), (15/4), (16/1)’ (seventh item on list) has been written about three times: in SPHERE volume 15 issue 3 and in the following two journals volume 15 issue 4 and volume 16 issue 1. We shorten the names so that volume 15 issue 3 becomes 15/3. Four issues make up one volume: the next journal after 15/4 is 16/1. See below for how to tell the length of an article. There are personal stories letters from members, reader’s suggestions for self-help tips and other advice in most of the journals.
